Tassu (Paw)

The base shade of this hat is dark brown, alive with hints of grey and deeper brown. The surface is naturally vibrant and slightly curly. The wool is allowed to show its own character – the sheep's own mark is visible within it.

The felting was done by hand with Marseille soap, warm water, and gentle movements. The work has progressed by listening to the wool, without haste or patterns. The final result cannot be fully predicted, and that is why every hat is one of a kind.

The shape is softly protective. The brim curves gently and frames the face naturally. The thickness brings warmth and shelter.

Small light paw prints have been felted onto the surface. They are a reminder of those who have walked alongside us. Many of us carry our own paw prints in our hearts – quiet memories that still bring warmth.

Tassu is suited for the sauna and the ice hole, the warmth of a hot tub, and winter forest excursions. It is a hat to take shelter beneath for a moment.
