Welcome to the WilliWilla online store. In these terms, "we", "our", and "WilliWilla" refer to the sole trader Päkätin (Business ID: 1529707-0).
WilliWilla operates this online store and its related information, content, features, products, and services to provide you with a shopping experience. The online store is powered by Shopify technology.

ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

PRODUCTS
We aim to present products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours and appearance may differ from what is shown on screen.
All products are individually handcrafted items. Natural variations in colour and minor irregularities are inherent to the nature of the product.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions and discontinue products at any time.
ORDERS
An order is binding only once it has been confirmed by email and payment has been processed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example in the event of an incorrect price or availability error.
Returns are handled in accordance with the return policy.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are stated in euros.
Prices may or may not include VAT depending on the company's VAT status.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment details.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other reasons beyond our control.
Ownership transfers to the customer once the product has been handed over to the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EU)
The same terms apply to EU customers as to domestic customers. Prices are displayed in euros. Shipping costs depend on the customer's location and are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and the brand name, is the property of WilliWilla.
Copying, modifying, or commercial use of content without written permission is prohibited.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The online store operates on the Shopify platform.
WilliWilla is responsible for products and orders. Shopify is not a party to the transaction between you and WilliWilla.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WilliWilla is not liable for indirect damages or losses related to the use of the online store or products, to the extent permitted by law.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on the website.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of service are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
