Return Policy
WilliWilla offers a 14-day right of return. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

The item being returned must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must not have been used, washed, or damaged. The item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, send a message to williwilla.handmade@gmail.com.

We will provide return instructions and the return address in our reply. We do not accept returns without a prior return request.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International orders (EU) The same return policy applies to all EU customers. The customer is responsible for international return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Damages and incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product has been damaged in transit, is incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible by email. This allows us to assess the situation and agree on a resolution.

Exceptions
As all products are individual handcrafted items, we cannot accept a return if the product has been used, altered, or damaged.

Custom orders or individually agreed products are not covered by the right of return.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you of whether the return has been approved. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment service providers may have additional processing times.
