Tammi (Oak)

The dark grey wool is deep and calm, like the shadow of an ancient forest. Lighter and darker tones on its surface blend into one another, forming a vibrant yet balanced whole. A pale motif emerges quietly – like a mark that does not seek attention, but stays with you.

The felt has taken shape by hand, in the gentle rhythm of warm water and Marseille soap. The wool has been allowed to settle, condense, and strengthen in its own way, without haste. Every movement has left its trace, felt in the finished form.

The tall, slightly backward-curving shape gives the hat structure and steadiness. The softly draping tip balances the whole, lending it a natural sense of movement. The surface is vibrant – full of the wool's own fibres, small variations, and quiet details.

Every hat is unique. The depth of the shades, the placement of the motifs, and the small differences in shape form in a moment that cannot be repeated.

Material: 100% organic raw Finnish Landrace wool

Colour: Dark grey base shade with natural light grey and near-black tones and a soft pale motif

Production: Hand-felted with Marseille soap in Salo, Southwest Finland

Feature: The wool naturally contains some lanolin, which helps repel moisture and keeps the felt soft.

Care: Air out after use. Light hand-cleaning if needed. Do not machine wash.

Lifecycle: Fully natural and biodegradable material – when the time comes, the hat can be composted.
