Daisy – Handfelted Sauna Hat

The natural white wool is soft and vibrant. The shade reveals the sheep's own story – subtle variations, natural warmth.

A sun felted from brown wool settles on the hat's surface. 

The circle and rays, slightly playful, feel hand-drawn. Like a sun in the middle of a winter forest.

The felting is done by hand, with warm water and Marseille soap. Calm movements have bound the fibres together. Without patterns. Without haste.

The shape is roomy and gently draped. It also provides plenty of space for long hair. The brim curves softly and feels light.

This hat is unique. The sun never settles in exactly the same way.

It goes to the sauna and ice hole. To the warmth of the hot tub, the frost of a winter day, and forest excursions. Warm and light-bearing.

Material: 100% organic raw wool from Finnish sheep

Color: Natural white with a sun motif felted in brown wool

Manufacture: Hand-felted with Marseille soap in Salo, Southwest Finland

Care: Air out after use. If necessary, light hand cleaning. Do not machine wash.

Feature: Wool naturally contains a small amount of lanolin, which helps repel moisture and keeps the felt soft.

Lifecycle: A completely natural and biodegradable material – eventually the hat can be composted.
